- Headed by Quality Management Department, our training programmes are linked to the “After Training/Service Care line” where we provide after training or service support to all our clients. This service makes sure that our graduates/clients receive workplace maximum benefit for training and services received from World Pace.
- Portability and flexibility is key to our service. World Pace believes in taking services to the people.
- Access to learning is open to all learners, regardless of age, race or gender. Entry requirements are kept to a minimum and are specified according to qualification requirements.

OFFICE LOCATION AND TRAINING RESOURCES
World Pace is strategically positioned with head office in Free State and provincial offices in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West Provinces and Eastern Cape. The company has adequate capacity for the hands-on approach in the implementation of services and related programmes across the country. To make sure that training is conveniently positioned closer to where learners, the company hires well-resourced Health and Safety compliant training venues within the closest proximity to where learners for the programme are drawn.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Service is key to our service provision. Our adherence to policies set out in the organisation’s Quality Management System, guarantees successful implementation of all our services. The company has an internal quality audit system which provides internal checkups and makes recommendation for improvements to the management from time to time.
MANAGEMENT
Management of the organisation is headed by Levison Gondwe as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Gondwe is a seasoned Manager in the delivery of small and large scale educational/training projects.
The Chief Executive Officer is complimented by a team of proven innovative, skilled and experienced professionals (training managers, trainers, mentors, assessors and moderators and management development consultants) drawn from the training and management consulting environment nationally and internationally.
Depending on programmes at hand, the management committee continue to take up positions, roles and responsibilities as and when the tasks on hand are defined to ensure successful planning and implementation of each project. The company also employs a varied range of management consulting services together with strategic partners and associates.
